Chief Executive Officer

Eric brings over two decades of leadership experience in market-leading enterprise software companies. He has a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer value and a deep understanding of partner engagement. Most recently, he served as CEO of Nintex, where he led the successful transformation of the company into a strategic enterprise platform for broad-based process automation.

President, Global Field Operations

Jamie brings over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. He has a proven track record in optimizing revenue-generating activities and building effective teams. Before joining UserTesting, Jamie served as the CRO at both Emburse, and Xactly Corp, and has held senior executive leadership roles at Marketo (Adobe), SAP, and Siebel Systems (Oracle). Known for his expertise in scaling businesses and aligning revenue functions, Jamie is responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth strategy. He is an alumnus of Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc in Computer Information Systems.

Chief Technology Officer

Neal Gottsacker is Chief Technology Officer at UserTesting, where he leads the company’s global R&D organization and technology strategy, focused on advancing AI-powered customer insight and accelerating platform innovation. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Nintex, leading R&D through significant growth, and earlier led a division of HP Software and founded his own startup. Gottsacker holds a Bachelor of Science in computing and information science from McKendree University.

Chief Strategy Officer

Baran leads strategy and M&A at UserTesting, focused on driving organic and inorganic growth. He is a seasoned enterprise software executive who brings over two decades of experience in strategy, corporate development, strategic partnerships, and product development. Prior to joining UserTesting, Baran spent seven years at Nintex, where he served as SVP of Corporate Development and Strategy. Earlier in his career, Baran held leadership roles in corporate development at Citrix and management consulting at Accenture. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in Computer Networks from North Carolina State University.

Chief Transformation Officer

With over 15 years in HR, operations, and transformation, Nikki Morello leads UserTesting’s People organization, Generative AI team, and Program Management Office, focusing on growth and optimization. Previously COO at Mailgun, she drove the company’s expansion through organic growth and acquisitions. After Mailgun’s acquisition by Sinch, Nikki became SVP of GTM Transformation, leading the integration of sales operations and processes. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University.

Chief Marketing Officer

Johann leads UserTesting’s global marketing, driving market expansion, customer engagement, and positioning UserTesting as the go-to platform for human insights. With over 25 years of experience in developing, selling, and marketing customer databases, CRM, and CX solutions, he’s a passionate advocate for exceptional customer experiences. Johann has delivered keynotes in 18 countries and authored numerous CX articles. Previously, he was Chief Experience Officer at Emburse and CMO at Xactly, with senior roles at SAP, Cisco, Clarify, and IBM. He holds a B.S. in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University.

Chris leads UserTesting’s global customer strategy, guiding organizations in unlocking the full value of human insights to drive growth and innovation. With more than 20 years of expertise spanning customer success, support and professional services he brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business outcomes. Before joining UserTesting, Chris held senior leadership positions at Xactly Corp, Motorola Solutions and Optimum Resources Group where he consistently advanced customer-centric transformation and operational excellence. Chris holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Exeter.

General Counsel

Camden brings more than 15 years of experience advising high-growth technology companies. At UserTesting, she leads global legal, corporate governance, compliance, privacy, and intellectual property operations. Prior to joining UserTesting, she served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Nintex. Known for her collaborative and pragmatic approach, Camden helps companies scale responsibly while enabling innovation. She holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. from Middlebury College.

Chief of Staff

Amanda is the Chief of Staff to the CEO, where she is responsible for planning and executing company-wide programs that drive internal alignment. Previously, she spent 10 years working at Nintex as the Chief of Staff, where she worked directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives across global offices, managed senior leadership alignment, and maintained relationships with critical stakeholders such as the board of directors and investors. She also held various roles at Nintex, including Executive Assistant and Office Manager, and previously worked as a personal assistant. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Florida.
