SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – September 9, 2024 – UserTesting, a leader in experience research and insights, today announced Adam Alter will keynote The Human Insight Summit (THiS) in Austin, Texas, taking place October 28-30, 2024. THiS is UserTesting’s annual customer conference dedicated to uniting the entire experience research and insights community. It brings together the world’s leading researchers, designers, product managers, and marketers. The event’s content emphasizes the power of team collaboration, continuous customer learning, and co-creation with customers, highlighting how these practices drive innovation and impact within organizations.

Keynote Speaker
Adam Alter, a Professor of Marketing and the Stansky Teaching Excellence Faculty Fellow at NYU’s Stern School of Business, as well as a New York Times bestselling author, will deliver the closing keynote. Adam’s keynote is scheduled for October 30th at 2:00 pm CT.

“I’m honored to keynote UserTesting’s THiS conference, where I’ll uncover the hidden forces that shape our decisions and behaviors. By examining the mental, emotional, and creative blocks that often hold us back, I’ll offer insights on how to overcome these barriers and unlock our potential for making better decision-making both personally and professionally,” said Adam Alter, Professor of Marketing at NYU Stern School of Business. “I’m eager to connect these ideas to the world of building and creating products and experiences, demonstrating how subtle choices can drive significant behavioral changes. In times of major disruptions, it’s crucial for business professionals to challenge their existing ways of thinking—reimagining organizations, roles, and impact. My goal is to empower individuals with strategies to break through obstacles and get 'unstuck'.”

Additional speakers from Amazon, Best Buy, Calm, Verizon and more. You can find the full list of speakers here
