Submit your A4 Portrait design via the form on this page with a short paragraph on the inspiration for your design.
Include your signature or name somewhere in the design
Include a 50 word bio of yourself

1 entry per person
Design must be formatted as per the guidelines: A4, line drawing with 5mm(?) bleed on all edges
