The annual package includes:

• 1-year access to the platform starting from the subscription date.
• 3,000 session units and a 75% discount on additional credits.
• 10 creator licenses with a 75% discount on additional licenses.

• Foundational and Advanced Certifications (2 included per subscription).

Below is our eligibility criteria;

• Your organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) or a registered charitable organization
• Your organization aligns to UNSDGs 1, 10, or 12.
• Your organization is not;
  • Solely focuses on legislative or political activity
  • A church, association of churches, or other religious or evangelical organization
  • Promote a particular religious affiliation, dogma, or doctrine as part of its mission or in exchange for its services
  • A school, college, university, or related organization
  • A hospital, medical institution, or organization involved with health insurance or group health plans
  • A private grant-making, independent, or operating foundation

1. Submit an application - including a copy of your most recent financials, your testing roadmap, and any other relevant information.
2. Connect with our team - someone from UserTesting will reach out to schedule a one on one interview to ensure alignment with your testing roadmap and our capabilities.
3. Sign the contract - if you pass the interview, we will reach out with contract details for you to look over and sign.
4. Start testing - use your new grant to make an impact with your communities! 

Applications get reviewed at the top of each month.

Someone from UserTesting should be reaching out to you within 2 weeks of your application review if you are an eligible candidate. If there is alignment, then after the interview someone will reach out with contract details within the next week.  

The interview is intended to align the testing roadmap you submitted a part of your application with the functionality of the platform. 

The renewal process is the same as the new application process except that we also take a look at usage data from your previous grant as a part of our consideration. You are able to start the renewal process 2 months before the end of your grant to ensure continuity in testing.

We only accepted legally recognized nonprofits that meet our criteria into the program. 

This is an annual grant. 

If you happen to go over your session unit allotment or wish to add more creator licenses, then you will be able to do so at a 75% discount. 

You will get a code to utilize during the check out process in your welcome emails. 

You will not have a dedicated Customer Success Person. To get your questions answered on the platform, we have a wonderful Support Team that can assist you!
