UserTesting's participant recruitment software now offers a way to automatically find and fill user experience (UX) research studies with high-quality participants in more countries across the world.

We know that user testing participant recruitment is one of the most important parts of any UX research project. We also know that recruiting is labor intensive, time consuming, and expensive when you need participants from particular countries or regions.

That's why we're so excited to announce that we’ve expanded automated participant recruitment to eight new countries. The additional countries added brings the total to 14 including Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.

How automated participant recruitment works:

  1. Build your study
  2. Set your targeting criteria
  3. Launch the study
  4. Watch your results come in

Tell us who you’re looking for and we’ll automatically find participants, send invite links, and distribute incentive payments after the study is complete.

Simplifying international and cross-cultural research

This exciting release helps build a bigger bridge between companies and consumers worldwide. The ability to gather country-specific feedback helps teams ensure their digital experiences are optimized for audiences that speak different languages, come from different countries, and have different needs, preferences, expectations, and behaviors.

Localization plays an exceptional role in user experience research and design and UserTesting is proud to help companies ensure their research participants can feel comfortable providing feedback from whichever corner of the globe they call home.

More countries on the roadmap

This is just one of many releases on our 2022-2023 participant recruitment roadmap. We’ll be launching automated recruiting in more countries over the coming months, making UserTesting the #1 choice for conducting UX research on a global scale.
