UserTesting makes it possible to get feedback from anyone with features like Invite Network (formerly known as My Recruit). Invite Network gives you the ability to reach out to unique audiences that you may already know that would otherwise be difficult to recruit for testing through the UserTesting platform.
Invite Network now utilizes our seamless recorder and enables contributors to start giving feedback with a click of a button—no download required! Simply send a test link to anyone in your network and contributors can provide feedback instantly, with no technical hurdles.

When it comes to customer and user feedback it’s most impactful when it’s accessible to everyone. These next couple of features help you ensure you’re empowering everyone in your organization to collect and leverage feedback with ease and oversight.
Early last year we launched our in-product template gallery which offers a simplified view of our templates and test plans in one place. Expanding on our mission of making it easy for everyone to collect feedback, we’re introducing category filtering in the template gallery so you can more easily find relevant, goal-aligned templates.
From validating ideas to optimizing for conversion, you can now filter through our library of over 75 test plans to find the template that best aligns with your business goals.
Understand how to create the best, most immersive experiences in any metaverse. Our new templates provide out-of-the-box sample questions if you’re just starting to expand to Facebook’s metaverse (Horizon Worlds), or want to better understand how products and services show up in any metaverse. We also have templates to better understand what those users value in those experiences, and how those users prefer and expect to transact in this emerging environment.
New to the platform? Use the template gallery and its filters to gather inspiration for what’s possible. The more people in your organization who uncover customer perspectives, the better.

For customers on our flexible pricing model, you’re now able to better track, monitor, and manage the UserTesting platform across your organization through enhancements to the Usage and History Dashboard. Specifically, this dashboard gives admins increased visibility into your plan's overall testing capacity, usage by team members and workspace, as well as the account’s flex usage.
Further, detailed export capabilities for session data are now available to help you unlock enhanced reporting and analysis capabilities to understand trends, optimize platform usage, and get the most out of your subscription.
