As THiS 2024 comes to a close, let’s take a moment to celebrate the incredible insights, innovations, and connections we’ve shared over the past two days. In this final session, we’ll recap the most impactful moments, announce exciting future plans, and leave you with a call to action for carrying these valuable experiences back to your teams. Thanks for being part of this journey—until next year!

Unbelievable.

 Unbelievable. I as I was listening to that, I was thinking so much about all the research that all of you do, to explore early in the process and then to exploit and figure it out in detail, finding those friction points, getting that feedback so that the product teams or whoever you're handing the insights off to can go and send those down. Like, what an incredible connection to the work that you do. So I hope that you all took away as much from that as I just did. And I don't know. Every time I hear Adam talk, I just feel like I'm I'm learning all kinds of of stuff.

 So I'm gonna summarize a little bit, and and I hope that that you're all thinking about not just what you just saw, but the whole day and the whole event.

 You know, when I think about where we started on stage talking to Caleb, this stuff takes time. He didn't just snap his fingers and make it happen.

 Right? This this this journey of transformation that you're on to get your enterprises to think deeply about customer experiences and and and driving improvements in those through testing and rigorous research, that takes time.

 And I think that's where giving yourself the grace of recognizing that and continuing to put that hard work in and recognizing that creative launch pad where you're like, I can't figure out how to drive this into the business and get people to pay more attention. Like, don't give up. Stay creative. You're gonna get that. I also have the sense in hearing all the customer stories, everything I've heard, there's always like this moment where the change happened and there was a catalyst, there was a spark, there was a pull or a push or a thing that happened or an issue that drove the need for change to begin.

 And so think about where that catalyst is in your organization.

 That's that's something I'm thinking about a lot right now is what's the catalyst for us and what are those those things that we can go and do to to create more value for you?

 And and finally, I mean, when I listen to the product team and Michelle and and Eric talk about what we are trying to deliver to you to help you be more successful.

 Innovation with integrations.

 Right? Working with the other tools that you use beyond user testing. The partnerships that we're leaning into to make sure that it's not just us, it's an ecosystem coming together to support you, thinking about the services that we offer, where if you're getting stuck and you want a little bit of outside input, a little bit of outside help, with the CSMs and the professional services teams are standing by to support you with, building a better network, building a better panel, and ultimately bringing to you this unified platform to transform your customer experience. So we are here very much to help you, all of us who've been here this week and the rest of the business who couldn't be here.

 So with that, I want to thank, first of all, all of you. You've left your families. You've left your colleagues.

 Hopefully, you've left your inboxes a little bit behind, and you've made time to come here and be really present with us and to communicate with us about your needs, to communicate with each other and learn from each other. So thank you for being here.

 I also want to thank our speakers for building those presentations. I know that many of our speakers are also customers who have day jobs and who are really busy doing all this stuff, and for them to come and and make that extra time, to share their stories with you, I'm I'm supremely grateful.
